A family-owned importer rooted in Brøns
Brøns Group is a Danish, family-owned company from Brøns in Southern Jutland with roots in a smithy from 1942. We are the exclusive importer of AMAZONE, KRONE and JCB – both Agri and Construction – and complement them with specialist brands such as Müthing, LEHNER, Homburg and CultiWise.
Our history
Brøns Group has its roots in Brøns Smithy, founded in 1942, where machines were repaired and maintained for local farmers. Jeppe Hamann started there as an apprentice at the age of 15, and in 1974 he and his wife Anna took over the business, which became Brøns Maskinforretning – now selling new agricultural machinery, not just repairing it.
The decisive turning point came in 1982, when Brøns Maskinforretning secured the import rights for AMAZONE. The first machines were seed drills combined with power harrows – and farmers on heavy soils were the first to embrace the green machines, because they suddenly made it possible to sow in conditions where the soil had previously been too wet or too dry.
In the years that followed, more renowned manufacturers joined, including KRONE and Homburg. In the 2010s Dan Hamann took over the management, while Jeppe and Anna remained active in the company. Jeppe Hamann was an important part of Brøns Group until his death in 2022.

Brøns Group becomes the importer of JCB’s agricultural machinery, sold through a nationwide dealer network.

All of JCB under one roof
Brøns Group takes over Reesink Construction Denmark. JCB’s construction machinery is now sold by Brøns Construction.
The company today
A lot has happened since we were called Brøns Maskinforretning. Today we are Brøns Group – still a Danish, family-owned company rooted in agriculture. The company is led by Managing Director Dan Hamann and Operations Director Morten Kyed.
We import AMAZONE, KRONE, JCB, Müthing, Homburg and LEHNER, are co-owner of the precision farming platform CultiWise and offer a broad range for groundcare and winter service.
Agriculture: AMAZONE, KRONE and JCB Agri are sold and serviced through a nationwide network of dealers – ensuring the closest customer contact and the best service. JCB Agri alone has 20 dealers, and since 2020 we have imported more than 600 JCB machines for agriculture.
Construction: Since 1 March 2026 Brøns Group has also been responsible for the import, sales and service of JCB’s construction machinery in Denmark. This is handled by Brøns Construction, which sells directly to customers and has a sales and demo centre in Ringsted.
Our 6,000 m² headquarters on Hovedvejen in Brøns brings warehouse, offices and workshop together under one roof. Our door is always open, and we are never further away than the phone.
We have built our business on sound Southern Jutland values – and on trust.
